Breast cancer charity to use $3,750 donation for cover-up tattoos

Ink Ribbon Foundation provides cancer survivors in the Las Vegas area with a mastectomy scar cover-up tattoo or areola restorative tattoo. Recipients first receive a private design consultation with an artist for a traditional scar cover-up or a 3D nipple tattoo of their choice.
